This classic Italian snack is a spicy mix of vegetables marinated in vinegar. Diversify her collection of your blanks.
It is necessary
- - 2 tsp basilica;
- - 500 ml of water;
- - 1 head of red onion;
- - 8 pcs. small carrots;
- - 2 tsp oregano;
- - 11 tsp peppercorns;
- - 2 pcs. chili peppers;
- - 6 tbsp. Sahara;
- - 4 things. peppers of different colors;
- - 2 tbsp. salt;
- - 1500 ml of apple cider vinegar;
- - 2 heads of cauliflower;
- - 8 cloves of garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
In a large saucepan, combine apple cider vinegar with sugar, water, salt and peppercorns. Put on fire, bring to a boil and simmer for about 3-4 minutes over low heat.
Step 2
Prepare all vegetables: divide the cabbage into inflorescences, peel the peppers from seeds and cut into a small cube. Also, dice the peeled carrots. Cut the green chili peppers into thin slices. Since chili comes in different spices, getting the seeds or not depends on what kind of pepper you got and how much you like spicy!

Peel and grate the garlic.
Step 4
Mix all vegetables, excluding garlic and hot peppers in a large bowl. Divide the mixture into 4 parts and arrange in prepared (sterilized) jars.
Step 5
Top with chili and garlic, and then sprinkle all the ingredients with a mixture of dry herbs and black pepper. Pour vinegar over the contents of the jars, close with clean lids and shake slightly to mix the ingredients. Then the lids should be removed and the product should be cooled for about 20 minutes. Then close the lid tightly and put in a cold place for 2 days. During this time, shake the jar lightly every 12 hours. After 48 hours, the appetizer is ready to serve!
