At the same time, it is very important that this first meal is complete, and a cup of coffee or black tea with a sandwich cannot be classified as healthy breakfasts.

For breakfast, you can prepare a magnificent semolina casserole with pumpkin, which will be eaten with pleasure by children and adults, weight watchers and gourmets.
Necessary products
- pumpkin 520 g.
- table salt one pinch
- homemade cottage cheese of high fat content 260 g.
- fatty sour cream, liquid jam or preserves (as a sauce)
- semolina 110 g.
- butter (for greasing a baking sheet or mold)
- milk 300 ml.

- ordinary sugar sand 160 g.
- vanillin (or vanilla sugar) 1 sachet 1.5 g.
Recipe
A fairly thick porridge is prepared in the most usual way from semolina and whole milk. While it is cooking, you should peel the pumpkin, and cut its pulp into small slices. Put the crushed pumpkin in a saucepan of the required volume and pour over filtered water so that it covers the pumpkin. Next, first bring the contents of the saucepan to a boil, then continue cooking for another five minutes.
Mix all the ingredients except pumpkin and sauce, these are: sugar, eggs, boiled semolina (let it cool beforehand), cottage cheese, salt, vanillin, beat the mass for a casserole with a blender.
Choose a form of suitable size for cooking semolina casserole, it is desirable that it is not wide. The casserole will turn out beautiful if it is thick, and if you choose a wide baking sheet, the pieces of the casserole will fall apart. The selected baking dish should be generously greased with butter from the inside, then pour into it and distribute the curd mass evenly and pour the boiled pumpkin on top. For baking, put the workpiece in the oven, which was previously heated to 180 degrees, bake for twenty-five minutes.
It is important to cook semolina without lumps, for this do not rush and add the cereal slowly, stirring the milk. It is also important to cook semolina over low heat, so the milk will not boil away and nothing will burn out, just do not forget to stir.
As soon as the semolina casserole with pumpkin has cooled slightly, you can immediately serve it along with homemade sour cream.
