Prepare and decorate a delicious and original New Year's snack that combines 2 dishes - salad and appetizer as follows. Take a flat round dish and sprinkle with finely chopped dill. Then cut the cucumbers into rings, about 0.5 cm thick and put on the dill.
Step 2
After that, finely chop the crab sticks, grate the cheese on a fine grater, and grate the eggs on a coarse grater. Salt everything and gradually add mayonnaise so as not to overdo it, as this appetizer should not contain a large amount of mayonnaise. Now moisten your hands with water and roll small balls from the salad mass, putting cucumbers on them. Put pickled mushroom caps on top of the cucumbers and insert a skewer or toothpick into them.

Decorate the New Year's table with an unusual dessert - curd Raffaello. To do this, mix all the ingredients, roll in balls the size of a teaspoon, put the roasted almonds in the middle and roll the resulting balls in the coconut. Then refrigerate for about an hour. If the almonds are unpeeled, pour boiling water over them so that the skin peels off easily.

Diversify the table with extraordinary pastries - New Year's cones. To prepare them, melt butter, beat an egg with sugar, add sour cream with flour and knead a smooth dough, then wrap the dough in a bag and put it in the freezer for two hours.

Next, grate the dough on a coarse grater on a greased baking sheet and bake until golden brown. Mix the sand crumbs with nuts and condensed milk until smooth. Put the prepared mixture in the freezer for half an hour to thicken it.

Now shape the cones with a sharp-bottomed glass. Then moisten the glass with water, fill tightly with the filling and turn over. Sprinkle the already formed New Year's cones with powdered sugar. It turns out a very beautiful and delicious New Year's delicacy.
