Fish pie is a popular homemade cake. But you can add a twist to each dish by adding a new ingredient. For example, by combining fish with mushrooms. The result will pleasantly surprise you with its original taste and aroma.
It is necessary
- - yeast dough 1 kg
- - hake fillet 800 g
- - onions 2-3 heads
- - carrots 1 pc.
- - dried mushrooms 30 g
- - vegetable oil 100 g
- - boiled eggs 3 pcs.

Boil the mushrooms and discard in a colander.

Chop the prepared mushrooms into strips, then lightly fry them in oil, adding finely chopped onions and carrots. The cooled mass must be combined with chopped eggs.

Pass the fillet through a meat grinder and add spices.

Roll out the dough in two layers. Place one on a greased baking sheet. Put half of the fish mass on the dough, then the mushroom mixture, and then the remaining fish mass. Cover with a second layer of dough and pinch the edges of the pie.
