It is necessary
- - meat (boiled, smoked, baked), 200 g;
- - salad, 1 head of cabbage;
- - quail eggs, 5-8 pcs (or 2 chicken);
- - kiwi 2 pcs;
- - feta cheese, 150 g.
- For the sauce:
- - orange juice, 4 tablespoons;
- - mayonnaise, 3 tablespoons;
- - olive oil, 2 tablespoons;
- - French mustard, 2 tablespoons;
- - salt;
- - pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry lettuce leaves, put on a flat dish.
Step 2
Place the diced meat, kiwi, cheese and egg halves (yolk facing up) on top of the lettuce leaves.
Step 3
Prepare the dressing: combine mayonnaise, oil, mustard, orange juice, salt, pepper. Place 1 teaspoon each of the dressing over the egg halves.
