This recipe is not only very simple, but also does not require much time. It will take literally two or three steps from you, and the oven will do the rest for you. Moreover, you don't have to run to the kitchen every 10 minutes and check the chicken's readiness. And, of course, one of the advantages of the recipe is that it turns out to be a dietary dish, because baked poultry is less harmful than fried poultry.

It is necessary

Step 2

Take a clean 1 liter jar. If you just washed it, dry it, wipe it with a towel. The jar must be dry.

Step 3

Place the chicken pieces in the jar. Cover it with a glass lid, or make an impromptu foil lid by wrapping it around the top of the jar so that there are no holes left.

Step 4

Place the jar in a cold (!) Oven on the wire rack. Close the oven and turn it on 175 degrees. Set a timer for 60 minutes. Everything! You can forget about the chicken for this hour.

Step 5

Turn off the oven after an hour. It is better not to touch the jar yet, let it cool down a little. After 15 minutes, put on a special mitten or use a towel to remove the jar and place it on the table. You can take out the chicken and lay out on plates. The result is a bird in its own juice! Pour the side dish with it.

This is a recipe for the laziest; it does not require any specific skills and knowledge in the field of cooking at all. At the same time, the chicken turns out to be juicy, tender and tasty. Bon Appetit!
