Fat-burning soups are good for filling, but contain so few calories that the body has to expend extra energy to digest them. So, soup with celery contains only 26 kcal per 100 g, and soup with pumpkin - 49 kcal, and if you do not fry vegetables, then the calorie content will drop to 27 kcal.
1. Celery soup
Ingredients:
- 100 g of celery root;
- 3 carrots;
- 1 green bell pepper;
- 3 large onions;
- 3 tomatoes;
- 200 g of asparagus beans;
- 750 ml of tomato juice;
- 1 large bunch of greens;
- salt, pepper - to taste
Preparation:
Chop the cabbage into thin strips, cut the beans into 2-3 cm pieces, the rest of the vegetables into medium cubes. Put everything in a saucepan, fill with juice, it should completely cover the contents, add a little more water if necessary.
Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, then cover, reduce heat to low and cook for another 5 minutes.
Add chopped herbs and salt and pepper to taste, cook for another 5 minutes.
2. Pumpkin soup
Ingredients:
- 200 g pumpkin;
- 100 g of zucchini;
- 1 carrot;
- 2 sweet peppers;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil;
- a bunch of greens;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation:
Cut the onion and 1 sweet pepper into small cubes, fry in vegetable oil until light golden brown.
Cut the remaining vegetables into cubes or slices, excluding the tomato. Put the tomatoes in a saucepan, cover with water (about 1, 5 - 2 liters) and cook over low heat under the lid until half cooked. Place the tomatoes in slices, cook for 10 minutes.
Then dip the frying and chopped herbs into the soup, add salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 5 minutes until cooked through.
