All drinks designed to fight extra pounds can be divided into four main groups: protein drinks that activate metabolism, with a drainage mechanism and a laxative effect. Do these drinks really burn fat? By themselves, of course not. However, they can help speed up metabolism and remove excess fluid from the body, which is quite conducive to weight loss.
Protein smoothie
150 g of peaches, apricots or any berries, 250 ml of milk 1, 5% fat (you can - soy), 60 g of low-fat yogurt, 2 egg whites, 2 tbsp. tablespoons of wheat germ and 1 teaspoon of honey to place in a blender. Beat the food until smooth. Pour into two glasses.
Sassi water
Peel and cut 1 large cucumber. If the cucumber is "homemade", then you do not need to peel. Finely grate 60-70 g of ginger root. A bunch of fresh mint leaves gently mash with a pestle. Cut a quarter of the lemon into circles. Put all the components in a jug or jug and pour 2 liters of filtered water. Leave in the refrigerator overnight. Application - daily.
