Is it possible to combine two dietary products such as chicken and zucchini to make a delicious dish? Perhaps it is difficult to find a more harmonious combination of this duo than boats stuffed with chicken and vegetables.
Zucchini boats with chicken filling
Cooking this dish is easy, it does not need to be stewed for a long time. Chicken and vegetables are lightly fried in advance in this option, then everything is brought in the oven until cooked.
To prepare stuffed boats, you should prepare products:
- 2-3 young dairy zucchini zucchini;
- 2 carrots;
- 1 large stalk of leeks;
- 300 grams of chicken fillet;
- 2-3 juicy tomatoes;

- 150 grams of Parmesan;

Young dairy zucchini must be cut carefully along the growth line into two boats. With a spoon, scoop out the flesh of the courgette a little so that you get a small depression for the filling. Fill the boats with prepared minced meat from fried chicken fillet and vegetables so that the filling rises slightly above the level of the zucchini cut.
Place the stuffed boats on a baking sheet or skillet and place in a hot oven to bake for 15 minutes. When the zucchini is baked, immediately place them on the prepared dish and decorate.
