To surprise guests with an unusual dish, you can prepare burgers in which tomatoes will be used instead of bread. This dish will turn out to be very healthy due to the avocado and wheat germ in its composition.
It is necessary
- - 4 large tomatoes;
- - 450 g ground beef;
- - a pinch of ground black pepper;

- - a teaspoon of chili powder;
- - half an avocado;
- - 2 tablespoons of natural yogurt;
- - 1 spoon of any mayonnaise;
- - juice of half a lime;
- - a pinch of ground cumin;
- - a handful of sprouted wheat (or any other sprouts).
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds. Knead the peeled half of the avocado in a cup with a fork until puree. Add yogurt, mayonnaise, lime juice, cumin and a little salt, mix until smooth and set aside.

Put the ground beef on a plate, season with salt, pepper and chili powder, mix thoroughly. Divide into 4 equal parts, form cutlets. Fry the patties until tender in a pan with a little oil.
