This is a pretty tasty salad made from the liver. He is very gentle and will appeal to all household members, even those who do not really like the liver.
It is necessary
- - 500 g of liver;
- - 4 small carrots;
- - 4-5 onions;
- - 4 eggs;
- - small jar green peas;
- - 300 g of mayonnaise;
- - vegetable oil.
Instructions
Step 1
Boil the liver in salted water until tender. Also boil eggs and carrots.
Step 2
Chop the onion finely and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Take a deep bowl and lay the salad in layers. Each layer should be well smeared with mayonnaise.
Step 4
Layers: half grated liver, grated carrots, chopped proteins, onions, green peas and the remaining half of the liver. Spread generously with mayonnaise on top and sprinkle with yolks.
