There is a tradition in our family - it is necessary to bake such a cake for children's birthdays. We have four of them, three of them were born in the fall. And it is this time of the year that is considered the sweetest in our family.

It is necessary

  • - sugar - 1, 5 cups,
  • - eggs - 6 pcs.,
  • - soda -1h l.,
  • - vinegar (9%) - 0.5 tsp,
  • - cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.,
  • - sour cream - 200 g.
  • For the cream:
  • - 1 glass of sour cream,
  • - 2 glasses of cream,
  • - 2 tbsp. l. Sahara,
  • - 6 g gelatin,
  • - 1 tsp. cocoa powder
  • - vanillin to taste.
  • For glaze:
  • - cocoa powder - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • - sugar - 3 tbsp. l.,
  • - butter -20 g,
  • - milk - 4 tbsp. l.
  • For decoration:
  • - cherry.

Instructions

Step 1

Beat the eggs with a glass of sugar, put the soda slaked with vinegar, mix. Pour in flour. Divide the dough into 2 parts. One can be immediately poured onto a baking sheet and baked at 200 °.

Step 2

Add cocoa powder to the second part and bake as well. We cut both cakes in half lengthwise. Pour gelatin with cold water for 3 minutes. Mix half a glass of warmed up cream with gelatin, drain the water from it.

Step 3

Beat the remaining 1, 5 cups of cream, sour cream, cocoa and vanillin and pour the mass with dissolved gelatin in a thin stream. Beat again and sandwich the cakes with this cream, alternating between dark and light.

Step 4

Put butter, sugar, milk in a saucepan, add cocoa powder. We put on fire and cook until the mass thickens. Remove from heat and distribute the icing over the cake, which can be decorated with berries on top.
