Well, who can resist fragrant and delicious pies with berry filling? Probably, there is not a single grandmother who would not indulge her grandchildren with such pastries. It's time to learn how to cook them - especially since it's so simple.
It is necessary
- For filling:
- 400 grams of raspberries (you can take any other berries),
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar.
- For the test:
- 1 kg of flour
- 1 egg,
- 300 ml of milk
- 70 ml warm water
- 100 grams of butter
- 2 tsp yeast
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar
- a bag of vanilla sugar (8 grams),
- 0.25 teaspoons of salt.
- For greasing the pies:
- 1 egg.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking dough for pies. Dilute 2 teaspoons of dry yeast in warm water, leave for 10 minutes, mix.
Step 2
Warm 300 ml of milk, then add the egg to it and stir. Add salt to milk, 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, a bag of vanilla sugar, 100 grams of melted butter and stir. We introduce prepared yeast, mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Then add flour in parts, which is better to sift, knead the elastic dough. We roll it into a ball and put it under a towel in a warm place for lifting. The dough will come up for about an hour, during which time we lower it several times.
Step 4
Preparing the filling for the pies. To do this, mix the berries (if frozen, then defrost them in advance) with sugar.
Step 5
We take out the dough, knead it, roll it out and divide it into circles. We put berries with sugar on each circle, carefully fasten the edges and form pies.
Step 6
Put baking paper on a baking sheet, place the pies, which we grease with a beaten egg. We put a baking sheet with pies in the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake for half an hour (you can take a little longer, look at the pies).
