Rinse the rice thoroughly several times, then place it in a saucepan, add milk and water, lightly salt and, boiling until soft, let cool.

Mash the egg yolks with sugar, adding margarine or butter. Add grated chocolate, cooled rice, raisins, cinnamon, chopped nuts to the mixture.

Beat the whites into a foam and add to the total mass, then mix well. Brush a baking dish with softened butter and sprinkle with breadcrumbs on top.

Pour the rice mixture into a mold and place the mold in a saucepan with poured water. Place the structure in a preheated oven and cook the chocolate rice casserole until cooked through at medium temperature.
