There are many recipes for making salads from mushrooms, but one of the most delicious is a salad of pickled milk mushrooms and pork.
It is necessary
- - pickled milk mushrooms;
- - onion;
- - pork;
- - carrot;
- - vegetable oil;
- - garlic.
Instructions
Step 1
Take pork, thaw it and cut it into thin cubes, the length of which will be about three or four centimeters.
Step 2
Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan, put it on fire. When the oil boils, add the chopped pork and fry until tender. There is no need to salt the meat.
Step 3
Pickled milk mushrooms must be rinsed with water and cut into the same cubes as the meat. Can be a little smaller. They also need to be fried in a pan with hot oil.
Step 4
Rinse and peel the onions and carrots, chop them finely (carrots can be grated on a coarse grater) and fry in the same way as you did with pork and mushrooms. Remember that although vegetables are fried together, onions take longer to cook, so you need to put them in the pan first.
Step 5
Combine all the fried ingredients in a deep bowl and wait until they cool down. After that, you can add a few cloves of garlic there, or you can do without it. You don't need to fill the salad with anything, since there will already be enough vegetable oil in it.
