- - soft cottage cheese - 250 g;
- - sugar - 3 tablespoons;
- - thick cream - 5 tablespoons;

- - chocolate - 25 g.

Step 1
Take a separate bowl and combine the following ingredients in it: cottage cheese and instant coffee. Beat this mixture until it turns into a fluffy mass. Also, during this procedure, it is necessary to add sugar to it in small portions, that is, gradually.

Then add the cream to the resulting coffee-curd mass. Whisk this mixture well.

The fruit must be thoroughly rinsed and then chopped into thin slices.
