My friends and family love the delicacies that I cook: this is what they call cookies, muffins, cakes - in general, all those sweet culinary products that I usually treat them with. There is nothing complicated in preparing goodies. The Festive Cupcake, for example, will only take half an hour of your time. And how much pleasure you will get while enjoying its taste!
It is necessary
- - margarine - 200 g,
- - sugar - 1, 5 cups,
- - egg - 4 pcs.,
- - milk - 0.5 cups,
- - flour - 250 g,
- - cocoa powder - 2 tbsp. l.,
- - soda - 0.5 tsp.,
- - vanillin-2 g.
- For decoration:
- - icing sugar - 300 g,
- - egg (protein) -2 pcs.,
- - 1/2 lemon.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the margarine without removing it from the heat, add sugar, cocoa powder and milk. Mix everything thoroughly. Bring the resulting mass to a boil, remove from heat and cool. Add eggs, baking soda, vanillin and beat well. Pour all the resulting mass into a mold. Bake for 20 minutes. at 180 degrees.
Step 2
You can add chopped roasted peanuts, raisins, or pieces of lemon marmalade to the dough.
During the cooking process, it is advisable not to open the oven door in order to avoid settling of the risen dough.
Step 3
One of the easiest ways to make frosting is to beat the icing sugar with egg whites and lemon juice. Decorate the cupcake with icing. Sprinkle on top with either grated nuts or chocolate chips, you can also use chopped fruits and even berries.
