You will need:

500 grams of minced meat (beef or pork, you can do both in a 1: 1 ratio);

1/3 loaf without a crust;

3 cloves of garlic;

2 eggs, dill, salt, pepper to taste;

multi-colored bell pepper;

1 large onion

1 large tomato

100 grams of hard cheese;

mayonnaise, ketchup.

Soak the bread in water. Cut the onion and tomato into thin circles, and the pepper into 0.5 cm thick rings. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Put the minced meat in a deep bowl, add soaked and squeezed bread, 2 eggs, chopped garlic and dill, salt and pepper. Mix everything well and form round cakes (about 12 pieces), 1 cm thick. Put the cakes on a greased baking sheet, drip ketchup on each cake and distribute over the entire surface. Then put a circle of onion, grease it with mayonnaise, on top - a circle of tomato and also grease it with mayonnaise. Press the pepper ring around the filling, crush everything a little, sprinkle with grated cheese. Put in a preheated oven, bake for 30 minutes at 180 degrees.
