Today there are a huge number of different rolls, in the recipe of which a variety of ingredients can be used. One of the most unusual varieties of this dish is Russian-style rolls with buckwheat. There are two ways to prepare them: using nori seaweed or rice paper.
It is necessary
- - 250 g of buckwheat;
- - nori seaweed or rice paper;
- - 150 g of mushrooms;
- - 1 clove of garlic;
- - 100 g sour cream;
- - greens;
- - vegetable oil;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
We cook buckwheat in salted water according to a traditional recipe. Season the finished buckwheat with vegetable oil and let it cool.
Step 2
Mushrooms in garlic sauce will be used as a filling. To do this, fry the mushrooms in vegetable oil, drain off the excess water and add the sauce made from chopped garlic, sour cream and herbs. Then we simmer everything together for about 10 minutes.
Step 3
Put buckwheat on a sheet of nori algae as it is customary to do when preparing classic Japanese rolls with rice. If you use rice paper in your recipe, then you must first soak it in warm water until it is elastic.
Step 4
Put the filling for the mushroom roll in garlic sauce on top of the buckwheat layer in the center. If desired, you can add fresh vegetables to the filling (bell pepper, cucumber, etc.).
Step 5
We wrap the roll with a bamboo mat. Cut the resulting roll into several equal portions and serve.
