Raspberry manna is a great treat for tea, it can also be served for breakfast. The pie is prepared in an hour and a half, you can take frozen raspberries, but if you can buy fresh ones, this is even better.

- For eight servings:
- - 2 glasses of kefir;
- - 2 cups semolina;
- - 1 cup of sugar;
- - 200 g of raspberries;
- - 150 ml of water;
- - 3 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar for the filling;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of brandy;
- - 1 teaspoon of baking soda.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add slaked vinegar soda there, mix well. Add sugar and semolina, stir, remove for half an hour in a warm place. While the dough is infusing, prepare the raspberry sauce.
Step 2
Pour the washed raspberries into a ladle, add sugar, remember, bring to a boil, pour water, cook over high heat. Add cognac to taste, stir, cook until all alcohol has evaporated. If your raspberry sauce is too thin, add 1 teaspoon of starch to it.
Step 3
Coat a baking dish with butter, lay out the dough. Cook for 45-60 minutes at 170-180 degrees. The cooking time depends on your shape and the thickness of the dough layer, so check the dough yourself with a wooden stick.
Step 4
Cool the finished pie, cut into two cakes, coat with raspberry sauce, combine. Decorate the raspberry manna of your choice. You can grease it on top with sugar syrup with the addition of red food coloring, or simply sprinkle with coconut or powdered sugar.
