A fragrant, juicy and sweet pear pie with milk will always come to the rescue when you urgently need to prepare something tasty for tea or make a sweet dessert for the arrival of unexpected guests. The cooking process will not cause you any difficulties, and the result will surely please everyone.
Ingredients:
- 2 large pears;
- 230 g flour;
- 100 g margarine;
- 2 raw eggs
- 0.2 liters of milk;
- 100 g granulated sugar;
- 7 g baking soda
- 1 teaspoon 9% vinegar
- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- ¼ teaspoon of salt.
Preparation:
- Place margarine in a deep bowl, it should be soft (room temperature), add granulated sugar to it, beat well with a mixer until smooth.
- Break two eggs into the resulting sugar-margarine mixture, beat with a mixer for about a minute. Then add milk there. Quench the soda with vinegar and send it to a bowl (alternatively, you can take lemon juice instead of vinegar). Mix all ingredients.
- Sift flour into a bowl and add salt, knead the dough with a mixer.
- To add citrus notes to the cake, add grated lemon zest to the dough. Finally mix the consistency until smooth.
- Pear fruits must be whole, firm and free from visible defects. They should be washed well, cut lengthwise into sufficiently large slices, while not forgetting to remove the stalks and seed pods.
- Cover the baking dish with special paper and pour the pie dough here.
- Put slices of chopped pears on the dough in random order.
- Preheat the oven, the temperature inside is 180 degrees, put the cake pan and cook for 40 minutes.
- After the baking time has elapsed, take out the finished cake and cool. Ideally, it should be completely cooled down.
It turns out that the pear pie is small (for two adults), so if there are more people, then it is worth increasing the number of ingredients in the recipe by two or more times.
