Spring salad consists of only a few ingredients, but interesting in taste and bright in color. "Orange" salad will help you survive cloudy weather and wait for the sun.
It is necessary
- - 1 pork tongue,
- - 1 fresh tomato,
- - 1 large bell pepper,
- - 1 pickled cucumber,
- - 1 carrot,
- - 1 liter of water,
- - a few sprigs of dill and parsley,
- - ground black pepper and salt to taste,
- - 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise.
Instructions
Step 1
Rinse the pork tongue well under cold water. Bring the water to a boil and salt. Put your tongue in boiling water and cook for 3 hours over low heat.
Step 2
Dip the cooked tongue with a fork in cold water for a couple of minutes and remove the skin from it. Leave your tongue to cool.
Step 3
Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper. Rinse the peppers under cold water and cut into strips. Rinse the tomatoes and cut into thin half rings.
Step 4
Peel the carrots, rinse and grate on a coarse grater. Cut the pickled cucumber into small strips.
Step 5
Rinse parsley and dill, dry and chop finely. Cut the cooled tongue into strips.
Step 6
Mix all prepared ingredients. Add salt and ground pepper to mayonnaise. Season the salad with mayonnaise and decorate to your liking.
