Desserts can not only lift your spirits, but also benefit your health! This chocolate mousse is surprisingly gentle, and its base is an incredibly unexpected ingredient - avocado! Avocados contain many useful substances: antioxidants, vitamins A and E, oils useful for blood vessels and skin, valuable microelements. Cocoa contains B vitamins and magnesium. It is necessary
- For 2 servings:
- - 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- - 1 avocado
- - 1 teaspoon of water
- - 2 heaped teaspoons of natural cocoa
- - 2 teaspoons of agave syrup
- - raspberries or blueberries for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the coconut oil in a water bath, then stir in a blender with avocado pulp and water until smooth and very tender.
Step 2
Add agave syrup or honey, cocoa and stir again. Try it and add more syrup if you feel like it and like the sweeter taste.
Step 3
Arrange the mousse in vases, refrigerate for at least an hour.
Garnish with berries and serve!
