Creamy mint pea soup with ham turns out to be incredibly aromatic! This soup is served warm, but even cold, it does not lose its taste. As an additive, you can add any food you want - fried bacon, croutons, grated cheese, and more!
It is necessary
- - 150 g sour cream;
- - 100 g of Parma ham;
- - 50 ml of olive oil;
- - 20 g fresh mint;
- - 1/2 kg of frozen fresh peas;
- - 1/2 l of vegetable broth;
- - 1 teaspoon of ground pepper;
- - salt.
Instructions
Step 1
Cut the ham into thin slices, fry with pepper in olive oil. A golden crust should form. Pat dry on a paper towel.
Step 2
Boil water in a saucepan, salt it, throw in a handful of mint leaves, then send green peas. Cook together for 2 minutes. During this time, the polka dots will become softer, but will not lose color.
Step 3
Drain the water into a separate bowl, send the peas with mint to a blender, add half a liter of broth from the peas, beat until smooth.
Step 4
Pour some olive oil into a blender, add sour cream, beat again.
Step 5
Serve the cooked mint and ham cream soup in warmed deep bowls, each with a little sour cream and ham. Bon Appetit!
