Step 1
Prepare the dough. Combine butter, granulated sugar and flour. Knead the dough, it will turn out to be elastic.

Line a baking dish with parchment paper. Spread the dough evenly over the surface and make bumpers.
Step 3
Prepare a chocolate layer. Break the chocolate into pieces, cover with cream and place in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. Remove and mix well until smooth. Add cognac. Put in a cold place for 5-7 minutes so that the mass falls down and cools. Pour the interlayer over the dough. Place the cake in a cold place for 25-30 minutes.

Prepare the curd filling. In a mixer, mix 130 g of granulated sugar, eggs, cottage cheese, vanillin and starch. Place the curd filling on top of the chocolate layer. And spread evenly over the surface. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place the cake, and bake for about 1-1.20 hours until golden brown.
Step 5
Prepare sour cream filling. Mix 50 g of granulated sugar and sour cream, stir well until the sugar is completely dissolved.

Take the cake out of the oven, fill it with sour cream filling. Then put it back in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Take out the cake, cool it and sprinkle with cocoa powder
