An instant dough cake called "dough minute". Any sweet or savory pie can be made from this dough using a wide variety of fillings (with mushrooms, meat, fish, fruit, jam, etc.).
It is necessary
- For the test:
- - 250 g flour;
- - 100 g of butter;
- - 1 coffee spoon of salt;
- - 100 g of water;
- - ¼ teaspoons of baking soda.
- For filling:
- - 700 g sour cherries (fresh or canned);
- - 50 g flour (or starch);
- - icing sugar.
Instructions
Step 1
Sift flour into a bowl. Add baking soda water, salt and oil. Mix everything thoroughly and roll the dough into a ball. Let it sit for about 1 hour.
Step 2
Roll out the dough and place in a 28 cm dish with high sides. This dough can be used immediately, it can be refrigerated if baked the next day, and in the freezer if guests are postponed.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the cherries, put them on a layer of dough, sprinkle with flour (or starch) and powdered sugar. The flour will bind the juice from spreading. Bake in a hot oven at 200 degrees for about half an hour. Serve the cake warm.
