Stewed cabbage soup with beets has a very rich taste. You can make the dish more satisfying with the help of a little secret. Do not cut the potatoes, but boil them whole. After the cabbage soup is ready, simply mash it with a fork.

- - 400 g of beef or pork

- - 4 small potatoes

Step 1
Cut the meat into small cubes, cover with water and cook until tender. Then transfer the blank to a baking dish. Chop the beets and carrots into thin strips. Chop the cabbage. Mix all ingredients with meat and simmer in the oven for 20-25 minutes.

Chop the onion, peel the potatoes. Add the ingredients to the meat 15-20 minutes after starting to stew in the oven. When the mixture is ready, transfer the piece back to the broth obtained after boiling the meat.
