Make minced potato mushroom zrazy. Boil 1 kg of potatoes in salted water. Drain the water, evaporate the rest over low heat. Add pepper and butter. Make mashed potatoes. Cool, add 3 tbsp in mashed potatoes. flour, beat in an egg. Stir the minced meat and prepare the filling. To do this, fry 500 g of mushrooms with two medium onions. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare fish zrazy with mushrooms and sauce. 1, 5 kg fish fillets cut into oblong slices. Stir lightly. Sauté 200 g of mushrooms, onions and herbs. Add salt, pepper and 2 tbsp. water. Put the zrazy on a dish and pour over the sauce. For the sauce, salt 1 tbsp. flour, add 1 tbsp. vegetable oil and rub everything in a pan, gradually pouring in the fish broth. Bring to a boil. Pour in 0.6 cups of cream and 50 ml of white wine. Steam until the sauce thickens slightly. Mash 3 yolks with 1 tablespoon separately. Butter Gradually pour the prepared sauce into this mixture. Put on steam and bring sour cream to a consistency. Add lemon juice to taste.
