I propose to try to cook a great dish, the main feature of which is the original marinade. The meat in such a marinade always turns out to be tasty, soft and juicy.
It is necessary
- - potatoes - 300 g;
- - bell pepper - 1 pc.;
- - veal fillet - 300 g;
- - wine vinegar - 3 tsp;
- - soy sauce - 1 tbsp. l.;
- - tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l.;
- - vegetable oil - 5 tbsp. l.;
- - thyme sprigs - 2-3 pcs.;
- - salt - 1 tsp;
- - ground black pepper - 0.5 tsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Cooking the marinade. Mix wine vinegar with soy sauce, tomato paste. Add 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil and thyme, pepper, mix.
Step 2
We wash the veal fillet with water, cut into portions. Fill with marinade, put in the refrigerator and leave to marinate for 8-10 hours.
Step 3
Cut the potatoes into slices or cubes, salt and fry in a pan until tender.
Step 4
Cut the pepper into large slices, fry for 2-3 minutes in vegetable oil.
Step 5
Remove the veal fillet from the marinade and fry in a pan on both sides until the desired degree of doneness (7-10 minutes).
Step 6
Put a few slices of potatoes, a couple of slices of pepper and meat on a serving plate. Decorate with herbs.
