Juicy baked beef with a spicy taste and fantastic smell is a real decoration of the festive table.
It is necessary
1 kg of beef tenderloin; - 300 g of prunes; - 3 tbsp. spoons of sweet and sour ketchup; - 0.5 teaspoon of coriander; - vegetable oil; - ground black pepper; - salt

Step 1
Soak the prunes for 20-30 minutes. Drain the water. Remove the bones from it with a toothpick. Whisk with a blender to make a puree. You can also spin the prunes through a meat grinder.
Step 2
Add coriander, black pepper to taste, and ketchup to the prune puree. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Step 3
Rinse the beef tenderloin. Dry the piece with a towel and brush on all sides with a mixture of ketchup and prunes. Wrap the meat in a plastic bag and put it in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours.
Step 4
Rub the marinated meat with salt, put on a baking sheet, previously greased with vegetable oil. Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for one hour.
