When there is a lot of everything in the fridge and at the same time you cannot choose anything, you can cook many a favorite dish - a mixed hodgepodge. It is obtained from any meat ingredients, my last set was as follows.

It is necessary

  • - 300 g smoked pork ribs,
  • - 2 sausages,
  • - 150 g of uncooked smoked sausage,
  • - 5 potatoes,
  • - 1 onion,
  • - 1 carrot,
  • - pickles,
  • - parsley,
  • - Bay leaf,
  • - lemon,
  • - black pepper,
  • - 2 tbsp. l. tomato paste.

Instructions

Step 1

We cut all our meat preparations, except for the ribs, of course (we throw them whole into the water). While the water is boiling, clean all the vegetables. Finely chop the potatoes into cubes, finely chop the onions and carrots.

Step 2

After boiling the broth, throw potatoes into it, salt.

Step 3

In the meantime, fry the onions and carrots well, add tomato paste diluted in water and medium-sized cucumbers. Season with black pepper and bay leaves.

Step 4

The potatoes are ready, add our frying. Cook for a couple more minutes, at this time finely chop the parsley and season the hodgepodge. I prefer to squeeze the lemon straight into the soup, and the slices can be thrown into the saucepan. Let it brew for 5-10 minutes, and our delicious soup is ready. I advise everyone to try it.
