It is necessary

  • - flour - 2 glasses + 1 tablespoon;
  • - cold butter - 180 g;
  • - eggs - 4 pcs;
  • - milk - 2 tablespoons;
  • - chicken fillet - 400 g;
  • - cream cheese - 250 g;
  • - sour cream - 300 ml;
  • - Swiss cheese - 60 g;
  • - green onions - 1 bunch;
  • - oregano - 2 branches;
  • - mustard - 2 teaspoons.

Instructions

Step 1

First you need to prepare the dough for the future pie. Combine sifted flour with finely chopped butter and crush everything into crumbs. Then break one egg and separate the white from the yolk. Add 5 tablespoons of water and yolk to the mixture of butter, flour. Beat everything thoroughly so that you get a sticky dough. Knead it until it is completely smooth. Form a ball out of the dough, wrap it with cling film and refrigerate for about half an hour.

Chicken meat must be cut into several large pieces and minced into minced meat using a blender.

Remove the minced meat from the blender and whisk the following products in it: cream cheese, 2 eggs, sour cream, mustard, 1 tablespoon flour, chopped herbs. After you have whipped all of the above products, add the minced meat to the mixture and mix thoroughly.

Grease the baking dish in which the cake will be cooked and place a sheet of parchment on it. Cut 2/3 of the dough, roll out and place in a mold. Prick the dough with a fork and refrigerate for half an hour. After the time has passed, take it out and cover it with parchment on top, on which you should put the beans. Preheat the oven and place the mold in it for 15 minutes. After the time has passed, remove the parchment and beans and bake the dough for another quarter of an hour, then refrigerate.
