  • - cocoa powder - 3 tsp
  • For impregnation:
  • - sour cream - 500 g,
  • - sugar - 100 g,
  • - vanillin -1 tsp
  • For decoration:
  • - condensed milk - 5 tablespoons,
  • - butter -100 g,
  • - cocoa powder - 2 tablespoons,
  • - food coloring,
  • - coconut flakes.

Instructions

Step 1

For dough, beat eggs with sugar. Add flour and baking powder, knead the dough. Divide it into two equal parts, add cocoa powder to one of which and stir. In a greased form, cook in turn, first 2 white cakes, then 2 dark ones (you can bake one large cake at a time and cut in half lengthwise). The cakes should be baked for 25-30 minutes. in an oven preheated to 180 ° C.

Step 2

For the cream, it is enough to thoroughly mix the sour cream with sugar and vanilla. Saturate the cake, alternating between white and chocolate sponge cake. You can decorate a cake in the shape of a flower using coconut and butter cream.

Step 3

Whisk the butter and condensed milk to make the cream. Divide the resulting mass into 3 parts: combine one with green food coloring, the second with yellow, add cocoa powder to the remaining mixture. If you are unable to find colored coconut flakes, also use yellow dye.
