A simple and quick recipe for making chicken fillet. It turns out pretty juicy. Can be used to make homemade burgers.
It is necessary
- - Chicken fillet 0.5 kg;
- - Chicken eggs 2 pcs;
- - Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Starch 2 tbsp. spoons;
- - Salt;
- - Pepper.
Instructions
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the chicken breast fillet, wipe it with a paper towel. Chop very finely with a knife or you can chop the fillets in a blender. The size of the pieces is no more than a couple of centimeters. I chose the latter method. It's much faster this way. The pieces are homogeneous and medium-sized and the dish itself is even more tender. The main thing is not to get carried away, you need to get pieces, and not fine-grained minced meat.
Step 2
Add 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of starch, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise. Salt and pepper to taste. Better to use freshly ground black pepper. Mix thoroughly until smooth. It is advisable to let the meat marinate and for this we put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. But if time is short, then 20-30 minutes is enough.
Step 3
On a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil, put a tablespoon of the resulting minced chicken like pancakes. Layer thickness - about 1-1.5 cm. Cover with a lid and fry for 1-2 minutes, until browned on one side. Then turn over to the other side and fry until crusty.
Put the fried meat on a paper towel to drain the excess fat. You can add crushed or granulated garlic or fresh herbs to this dish to taste: basil, dill, parsley. Serve with any side dish.
