Instructions

Step 1

After melting the margarine in a water bath, combine it with baking powder and sour cream. Add salt there. Pour flour into the resulting mass, but not all at once, but gradually, that is, in small portions. Mixing everything thoroughly, you get the dough. Place it in a plastic bag and refrigerate for about 1 hour.

Step 2

After opening the canned fish, drain all the liquid. Then transfer the fish to a separate bowl and chop it with a fork. Peel the onions, cut into small pieces, and then add to the first ingredient. Add salt and herbs to the same mixture. Stir well. The pie filling is ready.

Now prepare the fish pie filling. To do this, combine separately beaten eggs with flour and sour cream. Whisk the mixture of these ingredients well.

After taking out the dough from the refrigerator, knead it slightly, then roll it out and put it in a round baking dish, remembering to form the sides for the cake, the height of which is approximately 3 centimeters.
