  • - 500 g of curd cream cheese;
  • - 7 tbsp. spoons of tomato sauce;
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of Provencal herbs;

Instructions

Step 1

Thoroughly sort and rinse the spinach, boil it in boiling water for about 3-4 minutes. Place in a colander to drain the water. When the spinach has cooled, squeeze and chop it finely, salt and season with nutmeg. Using a mixer, beat the curd cheese into a smooth mass, combine with spinach and mix thoroughly.

Step 2

Cut the washed tomatoes on top, pour over with boiling water and remove the skin, then chop finely. Peel the onion and garlic, chop them and fry in a pan in hot oil until golden brown. Add tomato sauce and cook for another two minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, Provencal herbs, salt and pepper and simmer for five minutes.

Step 3

Grease a baking dish with butter and lay the layers of lasagna, on top of the cheese and spinach filling. Cover with a layer of lasagna, spread with tomato-garlic sauce and top with grated cheese. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle hot lasagne with dry dill, let cool and cut into portions right in the mold.
