It is necessary

  • Ingredients for 4 servings:
  • - 10 sheets of lasagna,
  • - 3 zucchini,
  • - 300 g mozzarella,
  • - 100 g of grated cheese,
  • - 150 g each red and yellow cherry tomatoes,
  • - salt,
  • - 1 clove of garlic,
  • - 1 medium onion,
  • - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of sunflower oil,
  • - a can of canned tomatoes in slices,
  • - ground black pepper,
  • - 2 tbsp. chopped basil.

Instructions

Step 1

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Cook the lasagna leaves in salted water for 7 minutes, then put them in a bowl with cold water and a small amount of sunflower oil. Let's wait until they cool down.

Step 2

Meanwhile, wash the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Peel the garlic with onions, chop and lightly fry for 1 tbsp. sunflower oil until golden brown. Add canned tomatoes, salt, sprinkle with pepper and cook over low heat for 5 minutes. Add greens a minute before cooking. Cut the mozzarella into slices.

Step 3

Pour some tomato sauce into the mold, and then lay out the lasagna sheets, zucchini, tomato sauce and mozzarella in layers so that the top layer is made from lasagna sheets. Pour the remaining sauce over them and sprinkle with cheese. Put the cherry tomatoes cut into halves on top and bake in the oven for 40 minutes.
