A proper French lunch always starts with appetizers. Then the soup is served, the main course and finally the salad. Salads always consist of laconic products that will certainly be in harmony with each other. One of these is a cheesy one from Alsace.
It is necessary
- - green beans - 600-700 g;
- - hard cheese - 100 g;
- - basil - 3 branches;
- - paprika - 0.5 tbsp.;
- - olive oil - 2-3 tablespoons;
- - tarragon - to taste;
- - salt - to taste;
- - table vinegar - 1 tbsp.
Instructions
Step 1
Pour water into a saucepan, let it boil. Put the green beans in it gently, cook until tender. Cool and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Tear the leaves from the basil and tarragon sprigs into small pieces.
Step 3
Cut the cheese into thin strips, add to the beans, mix.
Step 4
Prepare a dressing. Mix olive oil with vinegar, paprika, salt.
Step 5
Pour the prepared dressing over the salad, sprinkle with spicy herbs. Put the salad on a nice platter, serve. Such a salad can set off the taste of a good wine.
