Step 1
First, wash the carrots and grate them. Then fry it in vegetable oil, no more than 2-3 minutes. A lot of oil for frying is offered, it will not spoil the taste. Sauteing is best done in a deep container with a thick bottom. Cook rice in the same dish.

Rinse the rice well in several waters. Pat dry and place over carrots. Stir until the rice is covered with oil. Warm up the mass for a minute. Pour boiling water over the rice, determine the amount empirically. The water should rise 1 cm above the rice.
Step 3
Reduce the heat of the pan, cook with the lid slightly open. Cooking time 17-20 minutes.
Step 4
Cook the garlic, peel it, crush it with the flat side of a wide knife and chop it finely. Chop the greens finely.
Step 5
Put garlic and herbs in almost finished rice. Turn off the heat, close the lid tightly. After 5 minutes, stir the contents in a saucepan. Lean rice can be served.
