Warm weather is a good time for outdoor recreation and barbecue. Chicken kebab is very tender and dietary. The real secret of this dish lies in the aromatic sauce with thyme and sesame oil, as well as the accompanying vegetables and fruits.
It is necessary
- - chicken fillet - 8 pcs;
- - zucchini - 2 pcs;
- - cherry tomatoes - 20 pcs;
- - apricots - 15 pcs;
- - curry - 2 tbsp. the spoon;
- - thyme - 1 tsp;
- - olive oil - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- - sesame oil - 2 tbsp. the spoon;
- - salt to taste.
Instructions
Step 1
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Then cut into 4 cm cubes. Wash the courgette and cut into long thin slices. Season the chicken and courgette with salt to taste.
Step 2
On the first four skewers, string the chicken pieces, alternating with the apricots. On the remaining skewers, string cherry tomatoes, courgettes and chicken pieces.
Step 3
Combine curry, sesame and olive oil in a bottle. Shake the bottle and pour the mixture over the chicken and apricot skewers.
Step 4
In a separate bowl, stir in the olive oil and thyme and pour over the chicken skewers, tomatoes and zucchini. Leave the skewers for 15 minutes to soak the meat and other ingredients in the sauce.
Step 5
After the allotted time, place the skewers in the holes of the ceramic grill and place it on the barbecue. Cook until the meat is browned on top and white on the inside. Then take it off.
