Instructions

Step 1

Rinse the strawberries thoroughly in cold running water and remove the leaves. Place it on a paper towel and dry. Place the chocolate shavings in the refrigerator so that it does not lose its shape. If there are no chips, you can freeze the chocolate and use a coarse grater to make chocolate curls.

Take one egg and two yolks from the remaining eggs, beat and gradually add the sugar. Beat until fluffy foam appears. Slowly add the sifted flour and starch and beat again until the foam settles slightly.
