Fragrant buckwheat bread can be prepared not only in a bread machine, but also in the oven. This bread is best served for breakfast, tea or coffee.
It is necessary
- - 50 grams of buckwheat flour,
- - 200 grams of wheat flour,
- - 150 ml serum or water,
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vegetable oil
- - 1 teaspoon of sugar,
- - 0.25 teaspoons of salt,
- - 25 grams of walnuts,
- - 8 grams of pressed yeast or 1 heaping teaspoon of dry yeast.
Instructions
Step 1
Combine warm whey with yeast, sugar and salt, mix well. Pour in 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, stir.
Step 2
Sift two types of flour and add it in small portions to the liquid mass, knead the dough. Roll up a smooth ball, transfer to a bowl and leave warm for an hour. During this time, the dough will rise.
Step 3
Chop the nuts in any convenient way and mix with the dough. Leave it on for ten minutes.
Step 4
After ten minutes, shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet. Leave it on for half an hour. If you want, then make several cuts on top for beauty.
Step 5
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place a baking sheet with bread in the middle of the oven. Place a baking sheet with hot water on the bottom. Bake the bread this way for 15 minutes. Then remove the baking sheet with water, and reduce the temperature to 170 degrees. Bake for another 20 minutes. Cool the finished bread and serve.
