Agree, it happens that there is simply not enough time for food. You can, of course, have a snack with something like a sandwich, but only the body will not thank you for this. In such a case, you need to have a dried fruit nutrition bar with you. There is absolutely nothing wrong with it, rather the opposite.
It is necessary
- - oatmeal - 1, 5 cups;
- - dried dates - 250 g;
- - dried apricots - 150 g;
- - dried cherries - 50 g;
- - raisins - 40 g;
- - cashews - 50 g;
- - walnuts - 50 g;
- - apple juice - 100 ml;
- - honey - 2 tablespoons;
- - cinnamon - 1 teaspoon;
- - flour - 1 tablespoon.
Instructions
Step 1
So, first you need to thoroughly rinse all the dried fruits. Remove the seeds from the dates and fill with 100 milliliters of hot water. Leave them in this state for a quarter of an hour.
Step 2
Do the same with raisins and dried apricots as with dates, that is, cover with hot water and leave for 15 minutes. Do not forget that raisins and dried apricots need to be soaked in different dishes.
Step 3
Add honey to dates with liquid. Pour the resulting mixture into a blender and grind it to a paste. Transfer this mixture to a saucepan and combine with ingredients such as apple juice and cinnamon. Put the dishes on the fire. After the mixture boils, cook it over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Take a baking sheet and pour the oatmeal onto it so that they lie in an even layer. Put the baking sheet covered with flakes in an oven preheated to a temperature of 170 degrees and bake until they turn golden, that is, for 10-12 minutes.
Step 5
Remove dried apricots with raisins from the water and dry. Chop dried apricots along with nuts and pour into a cup. Then add baked oat flakes, raisins and cherries, and date paste. Mix everything thoroughly.
Step 6
Now it is necessary to mold small bars from the resulting mass. Place them on a floured baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes. The dried fruit bars are ready!
