Jam "Strawberry Story"

Ingredients:

- 1 kg of large ripe strawberries;

- 2 kg of sugar;

- 1 glass of water;

- 1 teaspoon of tartaric acid.

Sort the berries, wash and cover with sugar. Leave for 6-8 hours in a cool place. After that, pour in water and cook over medium heat, periodically removing the foam that appears.

Cook until the desired thickness, and add tartaric acid 3 minutes before the end.

Pour into clean jars and close with iron lids.

Strawberry-cherry jam

Ingredients:

- 3 kg of ripe strawberries;

- 3 kg of ripe cherries;

- 1.5 kg of sugar.

Sort the berries thoroughly and wash. Remove seeds from cherries. Cook until thick over low heat without water. When thickening, add sugar and cook, stirring with a wooden spoon until there is a gap in the bottom of the dish while stirring.

Transfer the prepared jam to clean and warmed jars. Leave them for 1 day until a protective film forms. Then roll up the lids and store in the basement.

Pudding "Strawberry Delight"

Ingredients:

- 2 eggs;

- 0.5 cups of powdered sugar;

- 1 teaspoon lemon zest;

- 0.5 teaspoon of vanilla sugar or natural vanillin on the tip of a knife;

- 0.5 cups of flour;

- 1 teaspoon baking powder;

- 50 g butter;

- a pinch of salt;

- 500 g of fresh strawberries;

- 2 teaspoons of potato starch;

- 2 tablespoons of sugar;

- water.

Wash the strawberries, sort out, cut into thin slices and cover with sugar. Beat the egg yolks with 2 tablespoons of hot water. Add powdered sugar, lemon zest, baking powder, melted and chilled butter.

At the end, gently stirring the dough, add the egg whites, whipped with salt, into the foam.

Put the mixture in a mold and cook in a water bath for about 1 hour.

Make a cream. To do this, dilute the starch in 1 glass of water and combine with the strawberry juice released from the berries covered with sugar. Bring to a boil over low heat, cool and mix with strawberries.

Turn the finished pudding onto a platter and pour over the strawberry cream.

Strawberry punch

Ingredients:

- 150 g strawberries;

- sugar - 10 g;

- strawberry juice - 3, 7 liters;

- sparkling water - 80 ml.

Put the berries in the pot, add sugar, 0.7 liters of fruit drink and leave for 2-3 hours.

Then add 3 liters of fruit drink, sparkling water, mix thoroughly and serve.
