Delicious apple dessert, which is quite simple to prepare, will delight your guests.

- - 60 g granulated sugar;
- - 50 g butter;
- - 4 sour apples (Antonovka, Ranet);
- - 4 scoops of vanilla ice cream;
- - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of apple juice;
- - 2 tablespoons of currant jelly;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of raisins;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of lemon juice;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of chopped almonds;
- - 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cereal.
Instructions
Step 1
To prepare the syrup, pour water into a saucepan and dissolve the granulated sugar. Bring everything to a boil and, without stirring, simmer the syrup over low heat for a while. Then remove the pot from the stove. Add apple juice to the syrup and cool the mixture.
Step 2
Preheat oven to 180 ° C. Brush an ovenproof dish with 1 teaspoon of butter. Wash, peel and core the apples. Cut off about 1/3 of each fruit, then transfer the apples to an ovenproof dish. Pour the prepared syrup over the fruit.
Step 3
Mix currant jelly with raisins, lemon juice and almonds. Fill apples with this mass. Place the dish in the oven for 40-45 minutes. Bake the apples until tender.
Step 4
Heat the remaining butter in a frying pan and fry the oatmeal in it. Remove the finished apples from the oven and cool slightly. Place a scoop of ice cream on top of each fruit. Sprinkle over the cereal and serve immediately.
