At this time, we start the dough. In warm water we dilute the yeast with a little salt and a teaspoon of honey. Leave it to stand for a few minutes until the mixture begins to foam.
Then carefully add flour and knead the dough. While kneading the dough, add a little olive oil. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes. Cover it with a towel and leave to rise for 30 minutes.
Step 3
At this time, peel the baked garlic and chop it to a puree consistency using a knife or garlic press. Then add the garlic puree to the dough and knead it until smooth.
Step 4
Roll out the dough into layers about a centimeter thick. Cut into pieces of any size and shape. Put these pieces on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Sprinkle with grated cheese and a mixture of Provencal herbs. We bake in an oven preheated to 180-200 C for 20 minutes.
