Recipe for novice housewives. Even if you've never made homemade dough before, with this recipe you will have an excellent grape cake - lush, aromatic, very soft.
It is necessary
- - 2 glasses of grapes;
- - 1, 5 glasses of wheat flour;
- - 0.75 glasses of sugar;
- - 0.25 cups of olive oil;
- - 1/3 cup milk;
- - 4 tbsp. tablespoons of butter;
- - 2 eggs;
- - a pinch of salt, baking powder, lemon peel.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat the oven to the 180 degree mark. Rinse the grapes, place the berries on a paper towel and pat dry. It is better to take green grapes, if you have them with seeds, then first cut each berry in half and remove them all.
Step 2
In a deep bowl, combine flour with baking powder and salt. Beat eggs with sugar, add milk and olive oil, while beating the mixture. Melt the butter, pour into the milk mixture, add lemon zest to taste.
Step 3
Now pour the flour in portions, mix - the cake dough is ready. This is a universal dough recipe, based on it, you can cook not only baked goods with grapes.
Step 4
Add grapes to the dough, mix gently, being careful not to damage the berries. Still, it is better to take a seedless grape variety, for example, quiche-mish, in order to add the berries to the dough as a whole.
Step 5
Grease a muffin pan with butter and sprinkle with flour. Lay out the dough with grapes, spread evenly over the entire surface.
Step 6
Bake the muffin with grapes at the indicated temperature until tender. Check the readiness with a wooden stick - it should come out of the dough dry, without adhering lumps of dough. You can serve it immediately, but after 1-2 days the cake remains soft and tasty.
