Cake "Chocolate Delight" is very easy to prepare and will undoubtedly delight lovers of sweets with its taste.
It is necessary
- Butter - 200 gr;
- Powdered cocoa - 4 tablespoons;
- Granulated sugar - 1.5 cups;
- Milk - 0.5 cups;
- Wheat flour - 2 cups;
- Baking soda - 0.5 tsp;
- Chicken egg - 4 pcs.
- Raisins. nuts - optional.
Instructions
Step 1
Melt the butter in a saucepan until liquid.
Step 2
Add milk, cocoa and granulated sugar to the melted butter. Mix the resulting mixture thoroughly until smooth.
Step 3
After stirring, heat the mixture again and bring to a boil.
Step 4
Once the mixture has boiled, remove from heat and refrigerate.
Step 5
We pour a small amount of the mixture (a couple of tablespoons) into a separate container.
Step 6
Add flour, baking soda and eggs to the remaining mixture, raisins or nuts can be added if desired. Then knead the dough thoroughly.
Step 7
Grease a baking dish for muffins (with a hole in the middle). Then we spread the dough.
Step 8
We place the cake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Step 9
Put the finished cake upside down on a dish and pour over the icing set aside earlier.
