- chicken - 1 pc.;
- onions - 2 pcs.;
- 250 ml of white table wine;
- 200-300 ml of chicken broth;
- 300 g tagliatelle (egg paste);
- 150 g parmesan;
- cinnamon (to taste);
- celery - 4-5 stalks;
- 300 g of tomatoes;
- 1 tbsp. l. tomato paste;
- 20 g of sugar;
- 20-30 g of butter;
- greens (parsley, dill, coriander, etc.);
- bay leaf, thyme;
- 2 pans.
First you need to cut the chicken: into fillets, legs, breast (the number of parts depends on the size of the chicken). Rub the chicken with salt and fry in butter in a pan.
Wash the tomatoes, remove the skin and cut into small wedges. Also peel and chop the celery stalks for a savory flavor. Fry the tomatoes and celery in another pan until a sauce is formed. Then add 100 ml of white wine, tomato paste, a little sugar to the sauce, and salt and pepper the dish to taste. Also, lovers of spicy dishes can add bay leaves and thyme sprigs. Continue simmering the sauce over medium heat to evaporate excess moisture. After the sauce is smooth, turn the heat down and simmer for about 20 minutes to soften the vegetables. If you like the taste of hard celery, then skip the stew.
Meanwhile, the chicken is fried, sprinkle with onion rings, cover with chicken broth, add spices as desired (bay leaf, thyme) and simmer over medium heat until boiling. After boiling, pour the remaining white wine into the chicken and simmer for about 1 hour.
Boil the tagliatelle, grate the Parmesan and heat the sauce. Prepare the plates for your table setting. Keep in mind that this dish is laid out in layers in a strict sequence: first a layer of tagliatelle, then a chicken sauce, sprinkled with grated parmesan and a little cinnamon, then put a piece of chicken, pour red sauce on top, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs (parsley, coriander or others) and parmesan. Chicken with cinnamon and oranges turns out to be original and appetizing thanks to its golden crust and the smell of citrus fruits, the dish has an oriental aroma and an unusual taste of meat and fruits. You will need (for 4 servings):
- chicken - 1 pc.;
- 400 g of potatoes;
- orange - 1 pc.;
- 4 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
- ground paprika, ground black pepper (to taste);
- ¼ h. L. cinnamon;
- salt (to taste);
- greens (parsley, dill, coriander, etc.).
In the first step, prepare the chicken marinade. Combine vegetable oil, paprika, cinnamon, black pepper and salt in a bowl. Use spices and salt according to your taste.
Wash the potatoes, peel and cut into small thin circles. Also wash and chop the herbs coarsely. A few sprigs of parsley should be left to decorate the finished dish. Wash the orange under hot water, cut it together with the peel into halves of circles, carefully remove the seeds.
In the next step, rinse and dry the chicken, then transfer to a deep plate, add greens, potatoes and orange slices there, pour the cooked marinade on top. Leave the chicken to soak in the marinade for 15-20 minutes, and in the meantime, preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
