Solyanka is an incredibly tasty, aromatic and nutritious dish that can decorate both a dinner table and a festive one. Various smoked meats, meat and other delicacies are used for its preparation. The more ingredients there are in the hodgepodge, the tastier it will be.
Ingredients:
- 400-450 g of various meat delicacies;
- 1 medium onion;
- 2 pickled (pickled) cucumbers;
- hot peppers;
- salt;
- olives;
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 carrot;
- 5 tablespoons of tomato sauce;
- 2 potato tubers;
- favorite spices to taste;
- lemon.
Preparation:
- Peel the onion, wash and cut into small cubes. Then pour oil into the container of the pressure cooker and set the "Fry" mode. Fry the onions until cooked through.
- Then you will need to finely chop all the meat delicacies. Once this is done, pour them into the bowl of the pressure cooker, mixing with the onions. It is necessary, systematically stirring, to thoroughly fry the meat ingredients. A pleasant, ruddy crust should appear on their surface.
- Remove the peel from the carrots, wash and chop with a coarse grater.
- The cucumbers should also be chopped. To do this, you can use either a sharp knife, cutting them into small cubes, or a coarse grater.
- Add prepared carrots and chopped pickled cucumbers to deli meats. Put the required amount of tomato sauce, as well as hot pepper there (if you wish, you can not put it). Mix everything and fry the resulting mass for a short time.
- Then, if you want, you can add peeled, washed and cut potatoes into small pieces. Most often, culinary specialists prefer to do without this ingredient.
- Then add aromatic spices to the container with the ingredients. If you wish, you can grind them in a mortar or put them as they are.
- Then the required amount of water or broth is poured and the "Soup" mode is set. After about 30 or 40 minutes, the aromatic dish will be ready.
- When serving, a slice of lemon is added to each plate, as well as chopped olives. You can also add a little sour cream.
